Easy and Healthy Dessert

Chickpea Flour Crepes 1 Cup Bob's Red Mill Garbanzo Flour 1 Cup water 2 tbs  Olive Oil 1 tsp salt Combine all ingredients, mix until no more lumps Lightly grease large non-stick pan Pour in 1/4 of the batter and cook until edges start to bubble, about 3 minutes. Carefully flip and cook opposite side until firm. Continue steps for more crepes. Top with fresh fruits, nuts and *SO SO Coconut WhIp (found in frozen foods)
